This is the healthiest treat I have ever made! Really, these brownies are made with no eggs, no dairy, no gluten, no refined sugar, low in fat and high in protein. And you won’t believe it but they are even delicious!
The secret is the use of black beans. I know what you are thinking: “Why should I make brownies with beans?! Beans are good for salads!”. Well, it would be a big mistake not to try them! Even if I don’t follow a low-carb or a low-fat diet I made these brownies a ton of times. I tried a lot of other recipes for vegan brownies but this is by far the best one. They are even ready in 5 minutes and they don’t stick to the tray, which is always good.
Super yummy and chocolaty, they will be loved by everyone, even those used to the not-healthy bakery will want the recipe!

250g black beans washed and drained
50g quick oat

1 tea spoon baking powder
100 g chocolate chips

Blend all the ingredients together (except the chocolate chips) until you get a smooth mixture. Add the chocolate chips, pour into a oven cake tray and add more chocolate chips on top. Bake at 180° C for 20 minutes an let it cool down before cutting.
